Its not the worse move he has done in the last few days though.

Bad: Laying the worst price he could find on the Phillies
Worse: Chasing your weekend losses by betting huge favourites on a Sunday night
Worst: Stiffing the guy when your bets lose

now that is a scam that only a total doosh should fall for. the guy is here and is pretending that he has a book to play and ask everyone what they think. wtf?
local play is about trust if your not sure make em post up. if they are willing to post up then you think they will pay?
