Yes guy!!! The people who are crapping their pants about people smoking some pot and driving are most likely the people who have no clue what smoking a joint is like and how it affects your reaction time, coordination etc...

There is going to be some effect, but pot doesn't impair your driving ability to anywhere near the same extent as getting drunk.....

Mass - I agree with that also. They need to start giving people tickets for talking on their phone and driving.....But then again you would have people complaining about their civil liberties being taken away...

K, We finally agree... but how do you test someone who is driving erratically for any given substance?

They ticket in NY for talking on the cell (unless you have the headset) and driving.

I think it's a good law because some of these people are ridiculous and talk their whole commute ...

I still answer mine, but cut it very short. If I get ticketed in that 30 seconds then so be it, but overall I like the law.
