really how appealing would playing in miami be for him? he would have to share the ball with wade n bosh both? knicks make a little sense, but all this time you heard about him n bosh, very little him and stoudemire. hes said he wanted to play for a former nba player, tho he did give izzo the nod, and now the cavs got byron scott an upgrade over mike brown for sure. if he was really about winning though, you would think miami would be the best pick, but then he would get "o he won with wade n bosh" sentiment.

Im not disagreeing with you cause I think thats how Cleveland will re act too but I also think its ridiculous.

Because it's about being a man of your word. He promised to the city in the past, "I'm going to bring a championship to Cleveland no matter what." He set the bar pretty high for himself in that town, and after he gave up on his team against Boston, you have to almost classify him as a criminal in the sports world. Tanking playoff games, not fulfilling promises to season ticket holders both upper deck and courtside.... that's the kind of stuff that won't show in his brand new shiny contract. As I'm writing this, I'm starting to believe he might actually leave the place with that terrible playoff performance of his.

He'll stay in Cleveland. He'll sign a shorter deal or have an option out (if allowable) after 2-3 years. Cleveland will go after Anthony, Nash, or Paul over the next year or two.

Where is "the decision" being televised from? I don't see anyway he's leaving Cleveland if it's originating from Ohio. He'll probably give the Cavs three more years, and then put us all through this circus again. I'm a Knicks fan. While I'd be very excited to see him come to NY, I just don't see it. Maybe he'll fool everyone and go to the Nets. My guess is that he'll stay in Cleveland, but wtf he's going to do for an hour I don't know. I will not be watching.
