The Washington Post is sooooo stupid or believes it's readers are so stupid they corolated a MIT study (hypothesis really) to increased frequency of hurricanes because of man-made climate change.

The study concluded that there were unaccounted hurricanes prior satellite detection, 1970's, and worse before 1940.
They then conclude more hurricanes last 150 years based upon unaccounted storms prior 1970, not after. Since current counts have hurricanes slightly less frequent last 20 years compared to say, 1940's-50's, this means hurricanes today are even less frequent than originally thought!!!
The author also says the hurricane lull of 1970's and 80's were due to sulfur aroseols and that the Clean Air Act that had sulfurs removed is the cause of warming oceans.
