Yeah, I'm really trying to figure out why this guy is being given this much latitude by Hache. I think it's more than clear that he's quite the racist antagonist.

He didn't quote it correctly and the judge threw out the case this afternoon.

A lawyer in New Orleans has filed a petition on behalf of New Orleans Saints fans against Roger Goodell, the NFL and NFL Properties, the league’s marketing arm.The petition, filed by attorney Frank D’Amico on Tuesday, asks for a judge to force the league to reverse the no pass interference call by Rams defensive back Nickell Robey-Coleman on Saints wide receiver Tommylee Lewis and at least restart the game from that point to its conclusion, per Goodell’s powers in Rule 17, Section 2, Article of the NFL rules.
