If you’re an American citizen a representative of the consulate or embassy MUST talk to you. They don’t need to give you information about a situation like this, that’s not what it’s about. As I said, you don’t get it. It’s ok.

And its its very possible that the guy in Sean’s wedding who spoke to my buddy last night could be talking BS. I just don’t understand why he would.

We just disagree bud. I don't think you don't get it...I just think you're wrong.

I never said an embassy shouldn't talk to you. I just said if you called about a specific situation and I worked at the embassy, I'd tell you it's none of your business.

You aren't family. An embassy has no business giving you any personal information about an ongoing investigation. The same thing applies if you were to call a police department anywhere in America right now. It's none of your business.

Brother, who has missed the entire point is you. I’ve never asked anyone to call the US embassy and ask for information. I’ve asked them to call and voice their concern about a US citizen in another country that is missing, has been reported both kidnapped and dead, but no confirmation. And if you think that attention from many individuals, press, etc, can’t make a difference than you simply don’t have a clue....period, ponto final. Então, por favor, você não tem que ir embora, simplesmente vá! Don’t mean to be a dick, but for the love of Christ...

A good friend of mine from Morgantown is in Austin going to the WVU/Texas game tomorrow. Said he ran into a guy from Clarksburg(where Sean grew up) that was in Seans wedding. Said he’s alive. That he spoke to him on the phone. Said this “is all BS”.

I'm starting to believe he alive too. Someone from his hometown that remains close to him would put an obituary in the paper at least , and so far nothing has been in it.

Well you just keep grinding away and calling the embassy then. I'm sure your calls are making a huge difference.

Next:

Watch it with an open mind.

You'll buy into the 9/11 stuff CNN fed you years ago, but you know now CNN is 100% fake.

Just think about that.

A large interest from many people do make differences. I can give examples. And your ignorance of that is just that. As I’ve said, you don’t get it. But it’s ok. And I’ve believed he’s dead as well. This last statement from a guy in his wedding is befuddling. I know the guys family. They’re serious people. But you never know.

I hope he's not dead. That would be terrible.

Evidently his family, friends, mine, and many others just have...

The US Department of State has confirmed they are looking into the disappearance of missing sportsbook owner Sean "Tony" Creighton.

Creighton is the founder and current owner of 5Dimes Sportsbook in San Pedro, Costa Rica. He has been missing since September 24.

Creigton, 43, started the sportsbook in 1999. He was raised in Bridgeport, West Virginia and owned a home in Morgantown, WV along with a former girlfriend up until two years ago. Both his mother and father have since passed away and Sean was an only child. The dad, who owned a handful of Giant Eagle supermarkets, passed away last year.
Creigton's wife claimed he was kidnapped and that she paid upwards of a $1 million ransom via Bitcoin.

The Costa Rica Star reported two weeks ago that his body had been found, however, the coroner's office claimed it was not in receipt of Creighton's body.

Now the US Government says it plans to get to the bottom of this matter.

David Payne Pardum of ESPN.com posted the following statement from the US state department spokesperson.

The Dept of State is always concerned about missing Americans abroad especially when foul play is suspected.

I’m sure that random call from Ralph in WV got them to take action.

Let it go.

How does it make you any better to come into this thread for no other reason but make a dickhead comment and leave?

I'll never understand posters that do nothing but stalk random dudes on an internet forum.

That has became painfully obvious.

Ralph, we just disagree and that's ok. It's a forum, you don't have to be right and neither do I. I left this thread two days ago and you popped in today trying again to prove your point. Why is it obvious I'm arguing with you but you aren't guilty of doing the same? It's a discussion.

Just let it go and say to yourself "not everyone agrees with me." It's not a bad thing brother.
