Eh, Strat was fine for what it was... Weather was beautiful, so I hoofed it down the strip everyday. Being across the street from a liqour store was handy also!
Looking forward to a more relaxing trip this time around (hence the hotel sans casino) - but still plan to spend a few hours a day at the craps & blackjack tables. Maybe play a poker tournament or two.

Just Orbitz - booked late last week... Spirit flies for as low as 107 rt (although my airfare was 127). Don't think they're any restrictions or anything... I'm only there tues-fri though.
I had looked on bidding at priceline, but the savings at Orbitz for flight/hotel were better than using priceline and booking separately.

city center is awesome... you will love it go see Aria and cosmo that is a MUST the females are amazing... You could literally spend all day at cosmo wondering where are all these amazing hot ladies coming from they never end..they also have a beautiful mall there were if you look like you donot have millions you wont be allowed into the store... its all Louie vitton and all that jazz.. But it is awesome to look at
When I price it out, usually what I'll do is check flights first on Orbitz, and use the "search +/- 3 days" option... Find the cheapest dates for airfare, then go back and use those dates with the hotel+airfare option. I don't mind paying a bunch for a nice place to sleep, but I try to minimize the airfare (especially since it's a 2hr flight from pdx).
Red Eye - you should come down to Claudia's sometime - Hawthorne and SE 30th in Portland... Great sports bar.
