It actually works better for some of us that the bonus is not credited right away into your account, why? because i don't want any bonus if it means a restriction on when and how much i can take out of my money, you want the bonus, let them know, period, no big deal, you don't want to talk to them, send an e-mail, looks to me like red wine is upset because it didn't work exactly like he wanted to, but no worries man, just give them a call a get your $250, but remember, all sorts of restrictions once you activate your bonus.
By the way you're complaining about this, it wouldn't surprise me to see you soon in here saying that Sportbet cheated you out of your bonus, any one care to make a line?

Jake made this offer to introduce players to his book. Huge bonuses for small money ($500 limit) are NOT an indication that the book is desperate for deposits. I took Jake up on the offer, called, and now I have $750 in my account. By the way, my savings account pays 1% a year, so this was a great offer.

I don't understand the logic behind offering 50% to a forum no matter what the cap is.

Do you understand the logic of top casinos like
Intercasino offering 100% bonuses...monthly?

How much different is a one time 50% bonus to
$250 {7 X rollover} from an A+ book 20% bonus to
$800 {4 X rollover}? Which is better?

My thoughts exactly. Also, whats wrong with Jake stirring up business for the site? The cap is reasonable and doesn't seem like it would cause any harm to the book.

Redwine,

If you have not already had this situation taken care of, please call me at 800-214-9666 or email me at Jake@sportbet.com. I just need your account number and I will credit the bonus.

Tommy Mullins,

No.

Guys,

The reason for the bonus is to have current, and new, clients use Neteller. As I said, the more deposit/redemption methods, the better for the client and the book. You ask why offer it on the forums? Cuz I want the positive feedback when people get paid. I want them to come on the forums and tell everybody about our service.

As for the bonus whores....if they come in with the intent of bonus whoring (lol..a new verb), they will find that I will spot them and give them a choice. Either play without a bonus, or close the account, get paid, and move on.

To the skeptics,

I appreciate your points of view, trust me. I understand your hesitancy, especially in a day and age where this industry is so volatile. I weighed the pros and cons when coming up with this bonus. The only reason I offered it to all of our clients, and on the forums, was due to the restrictions involved when receiving the bonus. I clearly feel that the positives outweigh the negatives and thus the limited time offer was put out there.

Thanks for taking the time, everyone. Especially to Exilarch, SS, Dante, DonB, and Peteep for popping in with your knowledge of my companies. I might not always be online, but it is nice to know I got some backup out there. Take care.

The maybe-the-customer-doesn't-want-it argument doesn't fly because he can forfeit the bonus with an early withdrawal even if it is showing on his account.
now thats just silly.
Books are tired of giving bonus, then the customer goes on huge winning streak, deciedes to forfiet bonus $$ and walks away happy as a clam.
This way customer only uses bonus $$ if they are losing and not when they win.
Another old trick is to play with no bonus if you win no restrictions, if you loose then call c/s and claim you never recieved your bonus now you got 2 shots at the book off of the same deposit.
I think its absolutly correct of a book not to auto add bonuses for this very reson. I am sure the book would rather deal with an unhppy customer for NOT recieving bonus $$ instead of fighting with him AFTER he has won. Whats wrong with the book trying to avoid bad situations?
It would be nice if book software would offer a coupon slot then the customer wil get bonus $$ credited automatically and no risk on the books part. Casinos offer this option why not books?

Offering a 50% bonus to the forums while saying "no whores" is asking for trouble.

If the rules can not cover the promo on its own then you are trying to have your cake and eat it.

True, though you can easily play some BJ
& cash out. And, again, why worry about
the 50% bonuses for 250 {X 7}& not the
20% bonuses for 500, 800 & more {X 4/5}.
Both can be scalped/middled or played
through the rollovers. And the greater
the rollover #, the more the book makes.
