I didn't think it was a conspiracy theory at all when it happened. Thought of it as an oddity occurrence and it reminded me of the WIS/UNLV game as I stated in the first comment. I just had a picture of some mad man that bet large on SF blowing up a transformer or something.

The mystery as to why the power went out at Boyd Stadium to my knowledge wasn't fully solved and remains a mystery. If someone knows differently, please share. I think it was Murph though, he had some kind of power surge sent from his system and tapped into Nevada Power to make it happen. You know Murph and his tech guru abilities. :)

Hackers claim responsibility for Super Bowl power outage

Hackers and hacktivists associated with Anonymous have attempted to claim responsibility for Sunday night’s power outage at the Super Bowl that left fans and teams in the dark for over 30 minutes.

Screenshots posted to Twitter by the account @RustleLeague show a program allegedly used to control the lights at the events.

Rustle League is a band of hacktivist Internet trolls loosely affiliated with the Anonymous collective.

“Just to confirm, here is a screenshot of the program we hijacked that is used to control the lights,” said the account.

Another caption for a separate picture tweeted by the account read, “Last screenshot was set up for color schemes, here are the actual light controls."

I didn't think it was a fear inspired notion at all when it occurred. Thought of it as a peculiarity event and it helped me to remember the WIS/UNLV amusement as I expressed in the primary remark. I simply had an image of some crazy person that wager extensive on SF exploding a transformer or something electrical.

The puzzle with respect to why the power went out at Boyd Arena as far as anyone is concerned wasn't completely settled and remains a secret. On the off chance that somebody knows in an unexpected way if it's not too much trouble share. I think it was Murph however, he had some sort of intensity flood sent from his framework and took advantage of Nevada Capacity to get it going. You know Murph and his tech master capacities.
