How anyone could bet against the goal of one of the best athletes of our generation is beyond me!
Yer, Lance is right up there with Marion Jones, Ben Johnson and the East German athletics team.
Lance has tested positive for banned substances on at least 2 occasions, and on both occasions managed to produce a doctor's certificate advising the use of the substance for illnesses which Lance has never had. Of course this never appeared in the mainstream media because the international cycling federation did not wish to further bring the sport into disrepute following the Festina scandal a decade or so ago.
It has also been revealed recently, that Lance tested positive for EPO following the first of his Tour de France wins in 1999, and one may question why this was never brought to light earlier.
It is quite funny how most people accept the fact that Armstrong was a mediocre cyclist pre-"cancer", and a race winning cyclist post-"cancer". Surely the weight advantage from the loss of a testicle was not enough to turn a runt into a champion?
Good to see Floyd Landis got caught, and lets hope he rats out his buddy Lance.
