No, it doesn't factor in to my play. My bet was made on Tuesday and if it wasn't id still lay the points. Cin technically is the stronger play but i bet both for the same amount. Cin has a 9+ point spread based differential based on betting market ratings and Atlanta 5+.
Specifically, spread based rating differential using the lines on Tuesday were CIN +9.07 (-2.5), ATL +5.68 (-5), PITT 4.30 (-3).
In parenthesis are the lines on Tuesday. The more a line drops the value increases and it also can have the reverse affect. Hope that makes sense.

I use a couple different rating systems. My large bets (best bets) i use a market derived spread rating and I fade the sides with a 5+ differentual.
To explain further using the Pitt/Tenn game last night..... using the betting "market", Tennessee had a spread rating of -1.30 and they were +3 for the most part. That gave Pitt a +4.30 spread rating advantage fading the market. As I've stated i like a 5+ differential when the lines somewhat settle on Tuesday each week, which is why they were a lean for loaded nachos snack bar money, which was a joke with another member.
