2-4-1 on 2/23/06, now 93-87-4 since start of this track and down -57 units. It may be time to call 911 as Husker has stated it is getting ugly. What I am learning is that the area I felt Kodiak should know the most about(the mid-west) is the area where he is getting pounded(big 10,maac). The days ahead will be interesting for sure because I sensed desperation with yesterdays plays(putting 51 units on the table in one night), does he really expect people to be down 57 units or $5700 and to put $5100 at risk on a given night? This track will continue and hopefully we will learn more as the days go on, can only hope for Kodiak followers this improves soon.

Well you see now why he sells his plays instead of playing them himself. Why anyone buys them is a whole other story.
Thanks for the great job of tracking Cash.

Take away the beneficial lines he puts out at 7:00 AM ET in the morning, he would be down another 15 to 20 units.

So true Gilberg! Not everyone has an account at makeupyourownlines.com

I tried to warn people about this scammer. :suomi:

This joker doesn't even bet and doesn't need to as he pulls in over 100 dimes over the course of a year from the poor suckers who pay for this crap:cryingcry

As cash said let this be a lesson to us all:103631605

Cap your own games guys and/or fallow the true winners here at the RX!

Steam: I have to disagree with you that Kodiak is a scammer. He does not troll sites for clients like most. I believe he was fortunate to at one time or another have a very nice run in the forums and realized he had alot of people following his plays so he decided to ask for a nominal fee for his efforts of posting. He always sends the plays for the day very early to his clients so they can benefit from the earliest possible line, unfortunaely getting an advantage on the line has not mattered much since this track began on 1/28/06 because many of his plays have gotten blown out of the water. What I have learned thus far from this track is Kodiaks true lack of knowledge regarding teams he is posting as plays on inparticular the ones closet to him in the midwest, he has gotten pounded in the big 10 and I have noticed he seems to chase the bad teams game after game. I can not recall the last time he picked a Michigan or Michigan St game correctly and they always seem to turn up as POY's as did Indiana who is 0-9 ats last 9 and last night Wisconsin was a very poor play, they are not that good this year and if he knew anything about them he would have known that Wisc laying pts on the road to anyone was of poor value. The track will continue as will our learning process. I certainly hope for the sake of the people placing wagers on Kodiaks plays that things change, and in the mean time I would stronly suggest analyzing each selection Kodiak sends to see if value exist.

I agree with cashflow. Fee is nominal... I hate jumping on a guy when he is down but when I started bball with him I realized his plays didn't reflect a strong knowledge base.

I do cap basketball and have done very good in the past. Last year tourney netted me $4k betting 300 & 400 a game. The problem now is new baby, job, other committments. No time to cap. Like I said before, I only have myself to blame for playing his plays and losing. That was my choice. But, I got off that bus awhile ago when I saw it was going the wrong way.

He must have had on helluva a run on one of these forumns. That happens.

i think it was just bowl games that he had a big following. i remember someone saying he was down about 100 units last year in baskets and stopped posting plays. this might not be true it could be the year before but i think someone did posted this.

2/24/06.........Kodiak Track........POW'S: Brown +4.5, Princeton -8, Penn-15. Tonight is a perfect example of where I feel Kodiak lacks disicpline and knowledge of cbb, no serious or solid capper has bets on 3 of 4 ivy league games on a Friday night. Kodiak has been missing with teams in the MI area and someone is going to tell me he is focused in on the ivy league on the far eastern part of the country. Win or lose the method to to the maddness has to be in question. I wish Kodiak and his followers the best today and always but this track is turning up some very interesting info. The track will continue as will the learning process.

its not about having a great run, its a popularity contest here...

look at ace ace (a perfect example) going into the playoffs he was up 5 to 10 games on the whole season, about middle to last in the skybook contest, and is mentioned in the same breathe as god.

the best cappers here are the ones that are never mentioned and usually avg views.

another example is action...hung it up for the season. does show me a alot when you lose your confidence in what you are doing. just my 2 cents

I made reference in my last post regarding betting the ivy league, to bet any one game in this laegue is a pure crap shoot and to bet 3 out of 4 should be a sign that Kodiak is grasping for straws, as I type this all 3 are in trouble. Even if all 3 were to win and likely they won't, to bet this league is silly. I am starting to develope many questions about how Kodiak is coming up with his plays. I saw Princeton play Cornell last week, I watched the entire game and for anyone to bet real money on Princeton or Cornell is a joke, they are both so bad it is not even funny, and there are teams in the league worse than they are, cmon 3 plays in the ivy league on a Friday night. A question I have for Kodiak is Do you know a single player on any one of these 3 teams tonight? In fairness to people who get your picks and do bet them how could you advocate a play on any of these teams in the ivy league? The list of questions grow bigger each day and yes the track will continue and yes the learning process will also continue.

Cashflow

You SAW Princeton play Cornell. That says it all. Guys who play this many games are chasing; have no idea about the teams they are playing.

This and other tracking threads are good for the forum. Plenty of VG cappers are available.

0-3 on 2/24/06 ..........93-90-4 since track started on 1/28/05 and I believe -66.6 units during this time, Husker will verify the units. The beat goes on in a very bad way for Kodiak and his followers who may soon become bridge jumpers if Kodiak does not turn this around. When things are going bad Kodiak decides to try his hand in the NBA which he started releasing a few days ago. There is a thread tracking those plays.
