His w/l record and the one tracked here is decieving. LEt me guarantee you that atleast 20 units were lost on plays that were put out with a 2 point line difference.

Gilberg if any of Kodiaks clients played the games when sent to them the lines would be very close, also consider there are games that Kodiak takes the worst of the line movement so in fairness to Kodiak I think that issue is a wash. Kodiaks problem has been winning more units than he is losing, hopefully for Kodiak and his followers last night was the start of something very good.

Cash,

I hope you don't take this wrong (as I'm sure many that follow this thread will, and I could give a "merda" what the responses are so save your keyboard folks.). I hope you follow this trough to the end, CBB & NBA as well as bases. Anyone that has been around this biz knows everyone hits skids. It happens. But when Kodiak gets positive and he will, post that too. And continue to post it and follow. That's all I'm saying.

I just saw this thread a few days ago, and frankly it's quite a surprise. I am a Kodiak beliver (though I have not been on his Bball list - Tried a couple of times but for whatever reason didn't get a reply - wierd 'cause we're practically "fratelli".)

Anyway, IMO, he is a top notch capper that has hit a bad skid, but my "credenza" is that he will turn it around.

Buona fortuna a tutti.

FC: Appreciate the feed back, and be assured if and when Kodiak turns this around I will be the 1st to pat him on the back. I have a very close friend who receives Kodiaks plays year round and the guy is no scammer, he is no fraud, and he honestly provides his client list with all the plays very early each day so they can get their best line on his picks. Last year in the bowls he had the best run I had ever seen in the bowls in my 25yrs of being involved with sports. However this year in cbb he has struggled big time for some reason, and mostly with the teams in his back yard so to speak(that is where I have found fault with his capping) and he seems to fall in love with certain teams and plays them repeatedly and that is not good when a team is not playing well, for example Indiana was on a 0-9 ats run and he had them as POY at least 4x's during that run, he has also been on the wrong side of Mich and Mich St games a number of X's. Last night is another example Bowling Green a bad team that is playing very poor down the stretch and he has been on them alot, WHY? Also an observation I have made is that each night he has to much exsposure in IMO-far to many units at risk on too large a # of games. I joined this track to help others and as well help myself learn, because in sports investing you are always learning. I have and always will pull for Kodiak and his followers to win because one of my best friends is always on his plays, I just have alot of questions as to what thought process goes into making his selections. Again thank you for your input, any and all is appreciated. Cash:toast:

Cash,

Thanks for keeping your reply on a 1st class level. I appreciate your perspective. Many times teams in my back yard, the Small School South East, are off despite my best efforts. The numbers in the end will speak for themselves. I do trust that you will keep this thread going when Kodiak turns it positive. I wish your friend and especially Kodiak (as well as all posters/lurkers/bashers here at the RX) the best of luck!

Peace.

Fat, I agree with you 100%. My personal experience has been since November. He really hasn't had a "run" and it has been 4 months.
Actually, even with football since November i would be down.

Good luck to Kodiak and others but the facts are the facts (for now) Let's see if he turns it around.

Gill,

I can appreciate where your coming from. I have no reason to say this other than it's been true for me. Kodiak has always made me money on his picks, especially in CFB. I have not played his baskets consistently (only when I see a post here at the RX from time to time) and this thread while I believe to be all accurate, it's SURPRISING. I am on his MSU play tonight BIG. Some say he had 1 bad bases season, I wasn't there for that. I believe he is +++++ from here on out in CBB, I really do believe it. NBA well let's see, but if it's like anything else he does he WILL be ++++ for the year.

Fat, yes time will tell. i was very disappointed in the baskets. As Cash can tell ya, there seem to be no logic to his plays. POY on one team - lost then on sat POY against that team.

I don't know. I have done baskets for myself awhile back and did fine. got away from it 4 years ago because of family, kids, job, etc. Just don't have the time. The bottomline is this; if I can't cap the game myself, I shouldn't play it. If I play "his" plays and lose, it is my fault.

I hope his clients do ok and he rebounds but from what I have scene since November isn't winning.
