this is why i hate the nba. every game has a ton of bad calls, but the lakers have always gotten more than a fair share of calls going their way. game 2 finals was nearly as bad as sactown game 6.

As soon as he spots Derrick, thats when Nelson walks right into Kobe's elbow as the pass is going out to Fish. Just wrong place at the wrong time.

lol. some crap. they ain't gonna call that on kobe. kobe threw 3 elbows in the playoffs and none were called. if it were someone else the whistle would've been blowing. this is not an excuse for the magic lost. they played the last 11 seconds poorly period.

Fuckin idiot. Read Bill Simmons' latest article. He's a self-professed Laker hater, and he's loud and proud about it, but even he concedes refs have been doing everything in their powers to make this a series.

Kobe waves his teammates away, goes one-on-five, drives into the lane and draws a block on Nelson. No free throws because Orlando isn't even in the penalty yet. Why? Because the Magic have been getting every call for four quarters. (See Lakers fans? And you thought I wouldn't mention this.) In fact, over a 16:53 stretch from the fourth quarter until the last three seconds of overtime, Orlando attempted 18 free throws and L.A. attempted zero. Zero!!!! How is that possible? That stat alone makes me wonder if Game 4 was more of a "greatest comeback" than a "greatest choke."

I'll be the first to admit that he's a great baller, but I'll be damned if he doesn't portray a bitch ass persona. After the first 3 games he's very serious with his scowls and trying to tell the whole world "im in a pissy mood b/c i'm in my intense focused zone, blah blah", and then this "I'll run through the wall" business after gm3.
