But 8 is misrepresenting a very important fact, and that is the girl was working there and did not go up for the reasons implied in 8's post.

I may have made my mind up, and I will concede that this is not the best way decide a case, but I have direct experience with cases like this and the DA's only went forward because of overwhelming evidence. You will see. I know.
