Kirby is Now off being Banned. But is on Post Review.

Post Review Means that he can Post as much as he Likes. But the Post is Reviewed by a Mod First, than Released.

He loses his use of the PM system though.

So Whoever wants to contact him and tell him ?? That's fine.
