just played these for tomorrow, ive been fade material the last couple of days, trying to find my groove...here we go.. (all 1 unit -110)
San Jose St +6.5....SJS has had a less than impressive season thus far, and they will not be dancing in march, we did see a sliver of a light on saturday when they beat air force by 21. On the other side fresno had alot of trouble against AF, barely squeaking by (1). In these two teams first matchup, SJS gave fres all they wanted at home, losing by 7 on Jan 16th...i think that this game will be close, and low scoring. San Jose should be able to cover the spread and potentially come out victorious at home. Fres has lost 2/3 last road games and will most likely overlook this team, motivation, location and atmosphere will play into SJS hands tomorrow.
Texas Tech -6.5: the red raiders have spent 4/6 of their last games on the road against good competition, they have lost their last 5 away games and i imagine thats becoming frusrating inside the locker room. Tomorrow they face a proven Ok st squad that has shown signs of a NCAA tournament team. TTU's last 3 home games have been loses against WVU, Baylor, and Kansas for combined total loss amount of 17. THats pretty impressive to me, they obviously have the ability to play, but cannot finish. Ok St has lost 3/4 road games, and their loses were by a minimum of 16 points. It adds up to me: TTU solid at home & hungry for a big win, OK st bad on the road, and may feel generally defeated sitting at 11-10.
Miami -5.5: the U has a bad taste in its mouth from the NC State ass whipping, they come home to face an improved ND team, i dont think they will have much trouble, they are all around solid and know they need to prove themselves after a bad loss.
Rutgers +7: Illinois has lost 3/4 last road games, two of them by 25 or more. They show weakness all around, and this is prime spot for a home dog upset. Their last two games were at home, and losses, so their focus could be questioned. On the other hand rutgers has played mich, and mich st their last two games on the road, playing better teams only improves the experience of the team, and its time for rut to end their month long losing streak against Ill tomorrow night.
BOL, lets get back on track...
