In 1917 a governor served for 1 year before being removed due to a judge overturning the election in Arizona. So there’s that. As far as signature test fail remedies in particular I’m not aware of either but do we really expect the judge to do the right thing anyway? No, probably not but I want to see how this plays out regardless.
Kari Lake’s statement regarding the recent ruling and the trouble of signature verification is spot on. If you can’t verify the mail in ballot signatures in the allotted time then what’s the use of having a signature verification process. This process needs to be rectified.
