Patriots will get healthy and rep the AFC

without lewis and edelmen? tough sledding. hope Gronk gets healthy fast....but KC has a chance to see the AFC championship and if it's at NE.....you would want to hedge

Cat I have the Chiefs 3 full points ahead of the Bengals on my PR chart add in 2 points for Hf and I would set the line at -4 in cinncy it would be PK.

the Chiefs have played the number 1 hardest schedule so far they are battle tested. They have gone through the some injuries and have shown their depth.

the bengals are starting to get bit by the injury bug and now dalton has a groin problem. I could see them fading down the stretch and once again being a wash out in the Po's.

you shoulda been clear. your line is not the vegas line.

your line is -4 and pickem...which i agree with in the playoffs.

vegas would be more like cincy -3 and kc -1 ish range....

like versus Buffalo where they came back? yeah.

Alex is a better version of Trent Dilfer. KC has almost all the pieces you need...strong running game, good line, good defense, good kicking/special teams. they have a top notch TE. their WR corps.....eh. and they dont make mistakes. Alex is not going to Brady you with a 30/40 330 and 3 TD....but he wont Kaepernick you either with 10/27 120 3 INT. he's mobile (5ypc i think???) and wont kill your team with bad passes (see Romo, Tony). I am not a big fan of the coaching staff, but the head coach has been to super bowls so......

not to mention other teams are really running into injury issues.....KC lost their best player earlier this season but their backups have been good.

they arent the best team in the AFC but they are top 6 and they are trending upwards and healthy.
Great points on Alex, he's great. Biggest problem could be KC will be missing at least 2 starting offensive lineman, one of which is the center which is very important. Protection can be an issue, Mack has 3 sacks the past 2 games and is heating up. Mario Edwards is playing well for OAK as well. Not sure if KC is the healthiest team, missing lineman key starters also missing Justin Houston - the NFL's best pass rusher and he is their best defender. I would not say KC is healthy, I would actually say they are one of the most banged up teams right now.

I'm not betting this game, if Houston was playing I would take KC. With him out I have zero interest taking KC, absolutely none.

good win for KC, but to be honest they were literal inches away from being down 27-14 with 5 minutes to go.. Carr fired about 2 inches too high for Crabtree would've been a walk in TD. Next play pick 6 and its over, KC even without Houston looked very nice on Defense versus a solid offense. If anyone took KC for season wins or SB should be feeling good this is without Houston. They were missing starting o linemen and safety to.

KC down to 20-1 to win the superbowl

Added Seattle 7-1 as the NFC winner on Monday , their odds dropped to 5-1 already this week.

Now before you pile on with Arizona this & Carolina that lets think about this....

The Hawks are something like 14-1 in December the last 3 years - They have Baltimore, Clev, St loo and Ariz left - by the time they play ARIZ the cards should have won the division and caring a little less about winning and more about protecting Carson Palmer. So they could very well run the table and they are already in the #1 NFC wild card spot. Which means they will play the NFC Least in the 1st round. Next up would be the Cardinals as second place in the NFC.

Meanwhile somewhere along the line Carolina is going to stub their toe - maybe before the PO"s maybe in the PO's - If they don't I like the Hawks chances against them. In fact this week if they played in Carolina I would have the game Seattle -2

I have the four teams at the top of Power Rankings - Seattle - KC - Arizona & Cinncy. I still think Cinncy and Carolina are frauds, Cinncy gets exposed this weekend by the Steelers

Maybe I should put $50 on Seattle And KC as Superbowl 50 Match up at 70-1

Well said. If carolina doesn't stub their toe they are fucked. Cinci is already screwed, people just don't know it yet. I might have cinci winning their first playoff game this year though then losing the next. Still a few more weeks left

no way no way no way.

They're hot but Alex Smith is the same old flawed guy he's always been. They get down multiple scores and he cannot stretch a field. They aren't the super bowl loser this year.

i suggest you get a bigger screen tv or make an appointment with the eye doctor

KC would beat the Bengals, home or Away. Line in KC would be -4 at home and PICK at Cinncy.

With your ranking maybe ,
No chance KC Cinn is pick in Cinn.
More like +4
Don't even think they are 3 pt favorite in KC.
More like -2, 3 max.

Cinci would be -3.5 vs KC in Cinci......& KC won't host any playoff games, so forget about them being at home.

I have $2500 on them O 8.5-125

Thought it was dead after the 1-5 start, but looking much better now.

First half schedule was much tougher and I was expecting that, but not losing to Bears at home, but again, Bears went and beat GB at Lambeau as well...

Need 2 more wins fellas!

I think this looks even stronger after yesterday. Cinci might slip a bit....... if KC can win on the road in the wild card and then see Denver in the divisional, they should be in the afc championship....even if they go into N.E. I think they can win.

last two superbowls were #1 seed show downs. That will def change this year.

This is shaping up nicely for the Chiefs - I actually don't want them to catch Denver.

If the Seeding does not change - Pitt Goes to Denver & KC goes to Houston in Round 1

KC rolls Houston & If Pitt Wins in Denver - the Chiefs go to Cinncy and The Steelers play the Pats.

If both those WC teams win the Chiefs host the AFC championship! Haha - Bit of a stretch but it could happen

What if Denver keeps losing and gets knocked out of the PO's all together and the Chiefs win the AFC West

Without Jamal, REALLY!? Look at the last six games and tell me who has averaged the most points in the AFC. I'll give you a hint, it ain't KC.

Without going through all the posts, I would say I'm not with you. I don't think Cincy beats Denver with AJ McCarron at QB (wasn't sold on Cincy even with Ginger behind center....they were exposed on the Monday Night game against the Texans). So figuring Denver wins their remaining two games, that puts KC at wildcard and I don't see them sweeping through the AFC. Smith is Smith. He probably won't lose one for you, but probably won't win a big game in the final minutes for you either. And Andy Reid is also Andy Reid (just can never seem to get over the wall). NE will be healthy by then and Denver's a tough place to play (they'll be in at least one of those venues). Good luck.

But I will say, you've gotten very good value on your selections (perfect for hedging).
