I haven't played at an on-line casino for about 10 years, but I have a similar story.

I was taking a beat down in black jack, losing something like 37 out of 40 hands. To make matters worse, the house was continuously drawing to 20 and 21 with break hands, so I became really pissed and fired off a nasty e-mail about a rigged game.

Anyhow, went on a run shortly after that and was up a few hundred dollars when they finally replied to my e-mail. They said something like "you're up $ 600, wtf are you talking about"?
