I can't remember the last time I tried to see how much I could bench (max reps or weight). I weigh about 195 and don't think I could do that in a row. Congrats
I use flat bar about once a month, and never more than 225 on...
Usually do 3 sets...10, 12, 14. Feel i could get 18-20 in if life depended on it...but will prob never be in that situation.
