Wild Bill, Didn't Mills Lane die a few years back? I knew this guy and his brother Lanny well. His family basically wrote the pawnshop laws in the State of Nevada. His brother is the guy who shows up occasionally in a new Ferrari wearing, a $20,000 plus watch, tanned and just shot par on PGA West, where his family happens to own a home and are members of the club. If Darren only makes 500k a year he is grossly underpaid because Lanny spends that a year and doesn't work.

Sorry, thankfully haven't lived or spent time in Reno since 2004 so my words are a bit dated, but trust me I saw it many times in the past. He used to go to the Cal Neva room and just be miserable, then I spotted him at the Hilton later on. Everyone knew who he was, but no one would point out the obvious that he was being ridiculous. As anyone who plays up there knows, rarely does a game go outside of tournament times which should put any crimps in Mills' budget. Sad to hear he is having health problems however.
