The same goes for the seller, alot of sellers will never send out the item to buyers and just say that it was lost. Delivery confirmation protects the bueyr AND SELLER.
I am an EBAY power seller, I am VERY familiar with shipping items every week and buying items. I have only had 1 package lost in the last 75 or so thathave been sent out. Actually confirmation was used on that package but the package was still lost
