Just the same advice to everyone since the game will be played like this, NO REASON to make all of your picks early. There are 15 games a day on the weekend.
It has nothing to do with math, doc! I use that name VERY loose here! But why not pick the rest of your games? Everyone else did!
It makes no sense to change the rules in the middle of the contest, WHEN IT DOESNT MATTER if you pick the games or not! You will win not matter what, so get the stick out of your ass and pick 4 games!
WHAT would happen if he was only 1 unit ahead??? Would he still be required to make the TOTAL 10 picks??? Probably not in this case!
I just want to make sure the rules are great for the next contest.
And Journey, you shouldnt be so upset since I always thought that you deserved 5% of the pot anyway. I just want to get it right for the next contest!

I dont believe that I spoke quickly, since i noticed that this could hapopen a long time ago. I just feel that we might as well go with one set of rules no matter what! It is not like that you are trying to keep from have a losing record for the week or something. You are already down money for the week, so you REALLY have nothing to lose!

I even thought that maybe you were not aware of the 10 pick deal. doc, the first thing that came to my mind when i seen your post telling j-man you wouldnt be posting anymore plays in rd-1 because you had mathmaticaly won was, wow in the time it took this guy to post this he could have just posted 4 dogs! i knew somebody would respond the way players did, what was the problem with just throwing 4 dog picks out there and moving on to rd-2?
When we do this again, hopefully next month, I want to take on DOC in the first round!

Heck I beat him in the first round of this contest if we count the picks that we both made today, then he finishes up with a score of -439 and I finsh up with -205 with a rainout today when Philly was leading. We can now see why he didnt post the extra games!
