Listen, my point was only that every team has players/events/instances that don't shine a positive light on their organization. Do I think whoever is behind the deflated balls should be punished? Of course. Do I also think this story is overblown? Absolutely. I wasn't trying to take a shot at the Seahawks, I could've just as easily brought up the Colts, or Tampa, or Raiders... They were just the first to come to mind.
I remember that game. Belichick explicitly ordered the clouds be seeded by Phontaslagal NCI, a derivative of Ice Cubes, which is why the snow was more like Frozen Rain & Hail than it was Fluffy pleasant idyllic make ya want to go sledding snow. Patriots Org felt that was best cuz Fluffy Snow would have led to many fans leaving the game to go sledding or to go out in the parking lot and build a Snowman which would have hurt Concession Sales.

Obviously the deflated ball rule is in place for a reason. If they're over or under inflated, somehow, it presents an advantage. If they've done this before (have no knowledge if they have or not) then it possibly could've presented an advantage and actually won them a game.
