I was with First Fidelity for over 10 years no problems just heard and read alot of crap bout them. Many times I called to upgrade I heard Freddie Harris in the back round yelling,lol. He is a nice guy but does definitely have a temper. I don't deal with them any longer cause of a minor problem I had in the past with a guy in customer service. Attitude problem. BUT if they did rip you off for 10 dimes good luck getting your money. I email them and all get kicked back as don't like recipient,lol. After all I praised them the past 5 years at that shithole across the street the Rx. To many other good shops to send to get them then move on!
