JP hang in there my friend.
The No Fun League's parity has cut into our profits by shrinking the margin of error, in many games below 1 wacky bounce or bs call. :toast:
I lost huge on the call at the end of Bal/Pit. Whatever your position betting wise on that game, everyone agrees the view shown was not irrefutable, and by the rules, should have never been reversed.
Remember the td that was, then wasn't a td? I lost big on that reversal as well. Or a winning fg.....that was no good, but coach called time out. Then on the retry it was good. All of these things flipped the ats outcome of games. So you have to accept the vagaries of fate.
Things like that force you to accept the limits of our ability to foresee the outcome of most of these sporting events. Games we feel really strong about, might be 65 or 70%, games like tonight.....are more like 55%, slightly better then a coin flip.
I've noticed a trend this year. Win big on Sat., then give part of it back on Sun. College fb, thankfully, has less parity,
Hell tonite, many of us are taking the jags and points..... we're taking a team that lost to Cin and Cle in consecutive weeks (6 or 7 weeks ago) against Peyton Manning who needs this game.
I'm taking Jax+7.5 small for action. Playing La tech and Fresno St. larger I also teased Indy +0.5 and under 51
