Not misleading in the slightest, as Vit has already explained. The 10K bet was out there and known. It wasn't taken from thin air as you are trying to portray. Wrong Way knew it, but being the pussy and arrogant douche he is, he thought he could just overrun what the previous offer was, and make his own offer. Vit was willing to meet him in the middle, but for what he was putting on the line, showing his personal info to an untrustworthy petulant child like Wrong Way, he was going to force Wrong Way to be uncomfortable and an amount that would hurt.
