Somebody should show Lebron the DOJ statistics, which have been REMARKABLY consistent for DECADES
....and reveal that the huge majority of murdered blacks are killed by other blacks!

But THANKS, Lebron, for being the Voice of Reason -- the adult

looks to me like the boy was killed in cold blood.
dont mind anyone speaking out about how 2 murderers need to be brought to justice. if justice was done swiftly then lebron maybe wouldnt have tweeted in the first place. 2 men who committed murder are walking free. as far as im concerned people should be outspoken and enraged and not pissed at an athlete.

That isn't what he said though. He made it that blacks are hunted. We know that is the false narrative the media goes with. We know the truth

Father-son duo charged with murder in shooting death of Ahmaud Arbery

The father-son duo caught on camera sparking the confrontation that led to the shooting death of unarmed black jogger Ahmaud Arbery were charged with murder on Thursday, authorities said.

Gregory McMichael, 64, and Travis McMichael, 34, both armed, approached Arbery on Feb. 23 on a street in Brunswick, Georgia before Travis fatally shot the jogger, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.

The McMichaels were also charged with aggravated assault, authorities said. They were in police custody as of Thursday night and will be booked at Glynn County Jail.

The case sparked national attention this week when video of the confrontation emerged on Tuesday.

The 28-second clip shows the father and son approach Arbery in their pickup truck before the shooting.

Travis can be seen getting out of the truck and scuffling with Arbery, who is hit with a shotgun blast and staggers a few feet before falling to the ground.

Unless the dad was going with his kid with a pre-meditated plan of assaulting, kidnapping or murdering the young man, this is a suspect charge for him specifically.

“We’re literally hunted EVERYDAY/EVERYTIME we step foot outside the comfort of our homes!” James wrote on

I'm thinking teachers in Akron should have given Lebron more attention, looks like his free ride is catching up with him. Maybe a couple of years in college would have helped, his brain hasn't caught up with his body.

I'm going with "one of the dumbest quotes of all-time

And for the record, black hunting blacks and blacks hunting whites and blacks hunting anybody is a far much larger problem, but it's not politically correct to point that out. It is OK however, to be as stupid as Lebron just was.

The shooting is a tragedy. If it was two black guys gunning down a white man, it would be just another day in the hood.

To me it appears from what we know them chasing someone down they didn't know for sure was the guilty party is the problem and why they should probably do time. But I am guessing we will find out he was. None the less they would still be guilty I would say. Anyway........

Georgia man charged with killing Ahmaud Arbery previously investigated him

The white Georgia man who, along with his son, is charged with murdering unarmed black jogger Ahmaud Arbery had a past connection to the victim — he investigated him when he worked for the district attorney’s office, according to a new report.

Waycross Judicial Circuit District Attorney George Barnhill revealed Greg McMichael’s ties to the victim in a letter recusing himself from the case — because his own son had a connection to Arbery, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

McMichael, 64, a former Glynn County cop who worked as an investigator in the Brunswick DA’s office, helped prosecute Arbery in the past, Barnhill said.

When Arbery, 25, was in high school, he was sentenced to five years probation as a first offender on charges of carrying a weapon on campus, and several counts of obstructing a law enforcement officer, the paper reported.

In 2018, he was convicted of a probation violation after he was charged with shoplifting, according to court documents obtained by the outlet.

McMichael, who retired from the DA’s office in April 2019, never referenced his work on that probe to cops, according to the report. The DA learned about the ties “three or four weeks” earlier, he said.

McMichael claimed to cops he recognized Arbery from surveillance video capturing a recent burglary in his mostly white neighborhood — and that he intended to make a citizen’s arrest, the paper reported.

Meanwhile, it was revealed that Barnhill’s son, a prosecutor for the DA’s office, was involved with “previous prosecution” of Arbery, but it’s unclear which incident, the paper reported.

Before recusing himself, Barnhill wrote that his office did “not see grounds for an arrest” of Greg and his son, Travis McMichael, 34, according to WJXT.

“It appears Travis McMichael, Greg McMichael and [neighbor] William Bryan were following in “hot pursuit of a burglary suspect with solid first-hand probably cause,” Barnhill wrote in a letter to Glynn County Police Capt. Tom Jump. “Arbery initiated the fight. … At that point, Arbery grabbed the shotgun (that Travis McMichael was holding). Under Georgia law, McMichael was allowed to use deadly force to protect himself.”

Investigators have not provided any proof that Arbery was responsible for any burglaries, according to the report.

“They have made reference to ongoing burglaries in this community, but some obscure, indistinct crime in the community does not empower the entire community to hunt down black men,” Lee Merritt, Arbery’s family attorney, told the outlet.

“These men were not performing any police function or any duty as a citizen of the state of Georgia. These men were vigilantes. They were a posse and they were performing a lynching in the middle of the day,” he continued.

Arbery’s mother, Wanda Jones-Cooper, told the Journal-Constitution she had requested Barnhill’s recusal but she didn’t know about the involvement of his own son, or Greg McMichael.

“I just looked him up on Facebook and saw this son worked for the Brunswick DA,” Jones-Cooper said.

Before Barnhill, Brunswick District Attorney Jackie Johnson also recused herself from the case because Greg McMichael previously worked in her office, WJXT reported.

Both Travis and Greg McMichael were charged with murder and aggravated assault in Arbery’s killing.
