No offense to anyone, but Jamal Lewis is an outstanding RB and this whole post is retarded. If I was a coach in the NFL I would love to have this guy over practically every RB out there. In the Baltimore peanut butter and jelly sandwhich he is the peanut butter and the defense is the jelly. This guy had 2000 yards last season and already has a Super Bowl ring. The people who say he is no good are the same people who say that Tom Brady is no good, Kurt Warner is no good etc. You can't argue with results!!!
Jamal is not a good back? ...well define a good back....i live in tn and when he played for the VOLS I PROUDLY had the "GIVE JAMAL THE BALL" BUMPER STICKER! on my, ( HONDA ACCORD) LMAO! He is a power BACK....that means his days are numberd like EDDIE and EARL CAMPBELL!....HE DOESNT CUT ....HE RUNS THROUGH YOU! he won't play long , but he'll play HARD!
just do this little test....put any one of the backs id mentioned in the baltimore offense......that is,possibly,the worst offense in the nfl,year in and year out for many seasons........
and tell me which back has the fortitude and durability to gain 2,000 yards in a season filled with defenses stacked to stop him.....taking and in turn dishing out punishment that few other backs could handle.....washington wilted vs lewis in the 4th qtr....
