Defensive tackle Nick Fairley, Detroit Lions listed him as doubtful on their injury report for Sunday's wild-card game against the Dallas Cowboys. Right guard Larry Warford is out with his second knee injury of the year, so rookie Travis Swanson will make his fourth start at the position.
