You can sign up u til the 12th deadline, with a proxy or not. No special rules for proxies. But, you would miss the mini contest for the 15k at the end of the year. Kelly won it last year, because a guy that went 14-0-1 didn't enter early enough and missed the mini contest deadline. So by default she got the cash and he is kicking himself.

I was surprised to read some people wanted the prize money spread out more. I think it should be the opposite. When contests get thinned out like that its like a participation award for youth soccer leagues.
