All I'm saying is that this game didn't really prove who was better, Brady or Manning.
This game just proved that the Pats are playing better than the Broncos right now.
We could argue all day about if Brady had Manning's receivers or what if Manning had Bellicheck...it's fun banter. But Manning having the game he had...he didn't prove that he sucks and always blows it. He will wait until January to prove that.
Ehhhh, I'm starting to have my doubts.
I loaded up on Seattle in last year's Super Bowl because I was banking on Manning coming up short in another big game. He can't win in the cold and can't beat the Patriots away from home, who might now have the inside track on homefield advantage in the playoffs (although they have a pretty tough upcoming schedule).
For a while, I thought this might be Denver's year for redemption. It's the best offense Manning has ever had to work with. Now, though...if the Broncos and Pats meet again in the AFC Championship game and it's in Foxboro...it's probably time to load up on New England again.
