so what happens if OSU beats USC next week? They both suck? Obviously, some of you are new to the game watching one game and making ludicrous assumptions based on that one game.

all the thread did is state the obvious. the big 10 sucks. dont take it personal man.

I dont take it personal....my point is, I dont care what conference is good or bad....I root for MY team.....in all sports.....in baseball the Tigers play in a horrible division...I gotta hear if they were in the AL East they would be 8 games out blah blah blah...in 06 we were suppose to beat a St. Louis Cardinals team that was one game over 500.....but we lost...sometimes it doesnt matter who the better team is on paper....if this were the case...the Yankees should win the World Series every year....

thank you. the big ten may be weak but lets not forget about the PAC10 and how USC somehow finds a way to lose a game to one of those teams that they should crush.

and before SEC slappy comes in here and runs his yap....I dont wanna hear about Western Kentucky being tough and whoever the hell Florida is playing where they are a fuckin 72 point favorite....boy...they sound like they are scheduling tough....

My point is.....this is todays college world....schedule as many cupcakes as possible...because a loss hurts you....until they come up with a playoff system...this wont change...quite frankly...watching the first two weeks of the football season sucks....it use to be great...there are still a few great games...like OSU and USC....but for the most part...just unwatchable stuff...

True. At least in hoops if you schedule a weak non-conference schedule it could come back to hurt you because the selection committee uses strength of schedule in their seedings. Florida will be playing a non-conference schedule that consists of Charleston Southern, Troy, and Florida International. Impressive!!!!

dont like my ill bet now

I think you will be fine with this bet. Missouri is in a rebuilding year with Daniels, Macklin and others gone. Not a big Illini fan but would bet them today. Good luck

Yeah but they also blow the SEC and then win easily gainst Oklahoma in the title game....

Wasn't it Michigan 2 bowl seasons ago that blew out Tim Tebow and the Florida Gators in the bowl game? That was the same year that Appalachian state beat Michigan.
That is why you shouldn't believe what you see after week 1.

Dude Oklahoma could only put up 14..they controlled the WHOLE game.

Dude.....how do you control the WHOLE game when it was 7-7 at halftime? They didnt even control half the game...let alone the whole game....Oklahoma could have easily won that game with a break....I honestly dont care that Florida won....great...they won...congrats...they deserved it....I really dont get your point....
