theres a new movie on Netflix called Queens Gambit.

Dam that show was decent. Its a 7 episode story.. the story is fictional.... its VERY well done..

Its a period piece set in the late 60s with a Hot chick as the main character..

Really good chess movie. Made me super happy to see. Hope you guys watch it and Like it.

is there another actress in the show you were talking about? she is hardly hot.

I mean I do not have Chess's autographed picture on my wall, but yes I like chess. I actually played when I was young in tournaments out your way (I played in Bloomfield, CT) Was 7/8 Yrs old in a chess club. I actually have not played in many years now. Again, the show is not horrible, it's just not worth the hype it has received.

chess boards on ebay and amazon sky high prices compared to normal, its the Go to gift if you "moved" fast...

Sure it has a bit of the COVID "its the thing to do hype" and a way for the smarter people to show off a bit , but if you are into chess its amazing to see a movie like that. and the follow up youtube videos on the actual games shown are super cool. Stranger things had a bit of that also but hard not to enjoy start to finish and be part of the binge club...


sort of like if your into horse racing and you get to see a movie out of the blue Let It Ride.
