I recently started running everyday after my workouts at Lifestyles.
Started with a mile and went up a 1/4 mile everyday. Am up to 4 miles now. I want to get up to about 5 or 6 miles, but my shins are starting to kill me. So I'll probably start doing the girly elliptical machine andsee if that offers any relief.

Never listened to music when walking/running before.......but it has to help.
I use to save the "Training Montage" for my last mile or so...got me through it every time:thumbsup:......keep up the good work Box!
