I'm at the game with my kids and wife. Incredible ceremony. Very cool. Koufax. The mayor. Kershaw. Costner (he was the worst). Great night so far...vin is the man. City loves him like no other. Standing O for like 10 mins. He was tearing up it seemed. Cool moment

Definitely worth fighting through LA traffic. Hope my youngsters look back one day and realize how much Vin means to Dodgers history and appreciate that they were there to honor him. Supposed to be post game fireworks but been a slow game with late start so we will see what happens. Either way great night. Have the Dodgers and over 7.5 so can't lose both but would consider it a winning night with the fam regardless.

I don't know how many times I fell asleep at night as a kid listening to that transistor radio with Vinny's voice painting a picture.I managed to stay up to hear the epic call of Koufax's perfect game. NOBODY will ever measure up to Vinny!

I love the man, I didn't really appreciate him until I signed up for the MLB package 15 or 20 years ago. When you listen to him compared to the other guys, he really stands out.

The news guy on the radio now 3 times called him Vin Schooly ,he obviously never heard of him,crazy!
