Agree with the player about the "playing fast" claim. With or without a computer, the house should not care how fast the player plays. I'd love to have a customer play a million hands a minute at a legitimate casino. I would sit back and hold the theeoretical.

Re: e-check deposit

I have only had one account with island casino and one account with sportbet and I didn't even though they were sister companies when I joined. As for my e-check deposit, the check DID NOT bouce. The funds were taken out of my checking account and I have the bank statement to prove it. Jake closed my account when I tried to make a withdrawal. I tried to contact him for 2 weeks and he would not return my phone calls. I talked to a customer service person, and she said she couldnt even send me back my $300 because my account was locked. I have never had anyhting like this happen before so I didn't know what to do. I called my bank and refused the charges on the $300 because I didn't want them stealing that from me too. Moral of the story is I had already won and the money was already out of my account when I tried to make the withdrawal and they closed my account. I am an honest person who is getting ripped off.

Also, Bill Dozer at sportsbookreview.com has personally spoke with the person who wrote the program that I played on. The writer looked at my play and stated that it is quite possible that I did not cheat. Jake has told me since day 1 that he is positive that I cheated. How can you withhold someones winning when the person who wrote the program says it is very possible I won fair and square?

I am pro player and give you the benefit of the doubt, especially since it is sportbet.

So sad that Jake may have told the General a lie to cover up his theft.

If you can you should scan and post a copy of your bank statement with your personal info blacked out.

I will try to scan, but in the meantime if anyone would like to see my bank statement I can fax it to you today.

I think the burden of proof is on Jake to PROVE the echecks bounced.

He will be able to prove that I refused the charges of the $300, which is fine and dandy but I did that well after (2 weeks) he refused to pay me or give me the $300 back. And the money had already been taken out of my checking account. I think I had every right to refuse the charges at that point, right?

how can you refuse charges that were already deducted?

do you mean your bank will do a chargeback and was it on the basis of fraud?

Ok let me guess how this will end. Jake will stand tall & say he won't budge while screaming with some so called evidence that justifies his actions. We then get the outcry against the snake & he has a change of heart & "does the right thing".

People for your own sake, even if this story turns out to be a fraud, STAY AWAY FROM BOOKS INVOLVING JAKE!!!

How many complaints must this guy have that go unnoticed because people don't know about these forums!

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe it is all of the books in the Sportbet family.

Island/Sportbet/GetaBet

forgot the others to be honest.

Eshee,

The reason Jake hasn't called you back is because lately he has been busy stuffing his mug with chocolate fudge brownies and pumpkin pie.

Yes, I called the bank and told them that I wanted to refuse the $300 charge on the basis of fraud. They took my money, did not pay me my winnings, and then refused to give me my $300 back. The bank processed it immediately.

The General said:
I have been discussing this issue with SBR and they have been dealing with the robot claim for about a month, but this is the 1st they have heard about bounced Echecks, so now all parties will have to deal with this new issue. Sbr has been in discussions with Sportbet and the casino software author. Casino author, DGS has told Bill that the play was possible. SBR will follow up on the matter.

This is JAKE'S method of operation. Once he realizes nothing is sticking against the wall he switches to a totally different tangent and when that doesn't work he switches to something else. I've looked over close to a thousand posts here on the prescription (funny thing is they were all derogatory in nature) as well as other forums. There's one word that kept coming to mind while I was going over these posts. <TABLE><TBODY><TR><TD>path·o·log·i·cal (p

i too had his same issue over a yr ago! I had said good things about this book and had lost money three differen't post up's already! So with 1000 books to choose from i spoke to them at island casino for a reload bonus! I spoke with
several people on the phone and everything was fine! I deposited my money to
play a certain game, i then was addicted to online blackjack. i put 500 in and
was going to play 400 on the game: i said will play 100.00 (lose) in crackjack
before my game goes off. I was in the middle of my blackjack session and my
account went from 500 and and change to 140.00 i kept playing mad as hell,
lost all and called! Wtf is going on? Sir, we removed your money because your
deposit several months ago did not clear the bank! Well i have cancelled check right here, well we never got our money from the transaction. i finally got
my money back from the manager and could not get down on the game i wanted in the first place that won! with this book you are on your own! ga

no one told me until my money was gone, if i knew i owed the money i would not have re-deposited? i did not owe them anything........

Every Gambler's Dream quote: "We then get the outcry against the snake & he has a change of heart & "does the right thing." Ya know at this point I'm not really all that confident Jake has two nickels to rub together. Out of the past couple of days I've looked over thousands of posts and ya just don't get away with srewing over that many people and continue to make money. Have a good one.

If the poster eshee33 wishes to have me assist him further as Bill has already tried to do, I will look into the matter. From what I gather, the player was not all honest with Bill and the fact is the echecks bounced and even admitted to by the player, therefore, technically there was no funds to wager with. With that said, I am available TheGeneral@TheRx.com and I have many screenshots to review if needed from Sportbet. The bumping of these threads by others with agendas is not what we want to see. I consider Jake a friend and I do not think he would ever cheat you on purpose. I do believe steps need to be taken to avoid these issues if possible.

eshee33, if you want to talk to me and see if I can find any hope, then email me please.

Other than, the thread can continue to be bumped in The Rubber Room.

Thanks
