That was my initial thought when I read the title of the thread . Just as I was about to rip up all my tickets concerning pats bets I realize he is just asking a question and not making a statement . So all is still well.

But I do fear for pat Mahomes Life

Def not a bad idea. Nows the time to get your best price on them for the season before they smash the dolphins.

There's a chance they are done but odds are they bounce back

Unfortunately reactionary fans don't set the lines, smart people do.

So they're not exactly cheap for futures.

Miami has a chance to make a big statement .

I have under NE 11 and over Miami 6.5 so I will be interested in that game .

A miami win makes both plays huge favs

You got 2 winning tickets there I think

I think Brady and Bill B will leave together (whenever that is). Once that happens, then it will be "the end".

Cant wait!!!!
in 17 years they have never been in either ones house together. they do not like each other at all. bill sabotaging team to expose brady. he wanted jimmy. this is the end of the dynasty this time. they do not have enough good players anymore. isn't it obvious.

This time may be different. I see a serious lack of talent on the D, lack of speed can't be fixed.

The more people saying 'it's really over this time", the better

how else can a team hit 60% ATS over 15+ years?

In my totally biased opinion, but based on a long long long history, it's not over. The staff will make adjustments, while injured or suspended or newly acquired players will all be playing soon enough. When the Patriots suck, they usually suck in September, I don't think this year will be any different

You think he's throwing games? Well then yeah, I guess it is "the end"

They dont have to like each other to have a good working relationship (which they have had)

I can work alongside my colleagues just fine and sure as hell wouldn't invite 99% of them to my home

I think they will be fine and right in the mix of the playoffs come December. I look at that Detroit game as a throw away game for them, it almost mirrored that Miami game a few years ago when they were without a lot of starters and they just ran it, ran it and ran it, trying to shorten the game. And if they happened to pull it out in the second half, then all is good, if they lose so be it. You saw very little of James White, Burkhead and others. They just ran the hell out of Sony Michel, perhaps looking to avoid any injuries to more important players. They were missing key guys on defense and I think they just wanted to let the chips fall where they may and get the hell out of there with no big injuries. They have some big Conference games coming up, where it really matters, so I'm looking to see a totally different approach to these games. I think Josh Gorden sees action for the first time and this will let Gronk see a little less blanket coverage, when they have someone who can stretch the field like Brandon Cooks did. Just my .02 but they've always wanted to peak in late Nov., as of now it's still a work in progress

Guess it depends how much you think Belichick is intentionally sabotaging the games.

That's some next level shit even a daytime show on ESPN wouldn't come up with.

You know I've been suspecting that since the Superbowl but thought I was being paranoid. Now I'm really starting to wonder. I understand that they had a ton of injuries that game but the Lions looking that good? To lose that badly to them? I don't know. The next 2 games will tell. I think there's a chance they lose to Miami, then go on a streak. Wouldn't be surprised if they beat Miami too.

Ugh

Brady had limited action during practice on Wednesday at their site in Foxborough, although he's expected to play against the New York Jets, a road game taking place this Sunday. If he suits up, that will be one bright spot on a battered Patriots offense that's seen nearly a half-dozen personnel sidelined with injuries.
