Saying negative things about Obama is not making anyone vote the other way.

McPalin speaks for itself. No whacked out youtube videos needed for that stuff.

Yeah, but they are pretty desperate at this point. Talking about the economy only helps Obama, talking about fighting a war in Iraq that is costing us billions only helps obama. Talking about healthcare only helps obama. So what else do they have besides talking about crazy conspiracy theories?

So I really can't blame them for looking this crazy.

Ok, I have some questions.

Are you disputing where he was born or when he was born? Those would be the only things that matter. If you dispute either of these, what evidence do you have to support your belief?

If would be nice if instead of saying he hasn't shown his birth certificate, you have evidence to prove he is not eligible to be President.

Another question is how could he have gotten this far if he wasn't eligible? This would have been an issue long before he went one on one with Hilary.

Another question is, if this is so important to you, why don't you file a suit to have Obama's candidacy voided?

Spare yourself the burned life minutes playing Joe Jr's word games. While others of us get a cheerful buzz for this or that PoliticoPub cyber wrangling, nothing gets JJ more giggly than racing round the May pole - in this case disputing the use of the word "copy".

The photo image above is of course a copy of the certificiate of live birth issued to anyone from Hawaii who requests evidence of their in-state birth.

It is NOT a copy of Obama's original birth certificiate, since that was likely a form with spaces filled by handwriting (as was my 1960 Texas bc).

But as noted at the bottom of the image, it is prima facie evidence Obama was born in Hawaii.

Of that, there is no longer a dispute.

Joe Jr just hopes he can get another 25-50 Replies arguing about the application of the word Copy with trollish innuendo that Obama is a non-American fooling the entire federal election apparatus.

Check me out...burned a good 90 seconds on the above commentary...

Now let's get back to CFB and NHL sports handicapping.

Worse than desperate...just plain sad.

Check the Honolulu archives and you'll find a birth announcement the day after he was born.

I got a new birth certificate, couldn't find the original (contemporaneous one).

They check their records and print up a brand new one which verifies the official record they have in the county seat. Wa-la....it's done on computer now. It ain't the "original" but it operates legally EXACTLY as if it was.

End of story, MrNJ (neocon job), why are you wasting your time? Don't you and Tacco have some other Nat Enquirer bullshit to come up with? Time is runnin short boyz.

I'm disputing the fact that there is information on the original "vault" birth certificate that is not on this computer document being passed off as the same.

It's obvious to anyone with a brain Obama is hiding something by not providing the original "birth certificate" or "vault" certificate.

It might just be something that is a small embarrassment...or something bigger. But we won't know if people keep allowing him to dupe the majority of the general public.

But people that actually call a laser print facsimile, with computer font...the same as something that was typewritten in 1961 are pretty funny.

I'll just enjoy the show. Comedy Gold.

Thanks for your irrelevant reply.

I never said being born in Hawaii was the issue...the issue is all the information left out on this document...compared to a vault birth certificate.

Hawaii seals the "vault" certificate...thus the name. Nobody but Obama can unseal it.

And he won't do it...but I guess he doesn't have to...he's duped a majority of the public it seems. :103631605

MJ...knockin down strawmen as I walk through the valley of ignorance.

Again, I ask. Wouldn't your energies be better spent in saving America from allowing a stinkin' furriner to be President by filing a lawsuit?

The fact that you continue to prattle on to the same ten people instead of doing your patriotic duty tells me that you probably don't even believe the line of bullshit you're trying to sell.

Berg's bogus lawsuit tossed....

Judge rejects Montco lawyer's bid to have Obama removed from ballot

By MICHAEL HINKELMAN
Philadelphia Daily News
hinkelm@phillynews.com 215-854-2656
A federal judge in Philadelphia last night threw out a complaint by a Montgomery County lawyer who claimed that Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama was not qualified to be president and that his name should be removed from the Nov. 4 ballot.Philip J. Berg alleged in a complaint filed in federal district court on Aug. 21 against Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission, that Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya.
Berg claimed that the Democratic presidential standardbearer is not even an American citizen but a citizen of Indonesia and therefore ineligible to be president.
He alleged that if Obama was permitted to run for president and subsequently found to be ineligible, he and other voters would be disenfranchised.
U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick had denied Berg's request for a temporary restraining order on Aug. 22 but had not ruled on the merits of the suit until yesterday.
Obama and the Democratic National Committee had asked Surrick to dismiss Berg's complaint in a court filing on Sept. 24.
They said that Berg's claims were "ridiculous" and "patently false," that Berg had "no standing" to challenge the qualifications of a candidate for president because he had not shown the requisite harm to himself.
Surrick agreed.
In a 34-page memorandum and opinion, the judge said Berg's allegations of harm were "too vague and too attenuated" to confer standing on him or any other voters.
Surrick ruled that Berg's attempts to use certain laws to gain standing to pursue his claim that Obama was not a natural-born citizen were "frivolous and not worthy of discussion."
The judge also said the harm Berg alleged did "not constitute an injury in fact" and Berg's arguments to the contrary "ventured into the unreasonable."
For example, Berg had claimed that Obama's nomination deprived citizens of voting for Sen. Hillary Clinton in November. (Berg backed Clinton in the primaries.)
Berg could not be reached for comment last night.
Obama was born in Honolulu on Aug. 4, 1961, and the campaign posted a document issued by Hawaii on its Web site, fight thesmears.com, confirming his birth there.
Berg said in court papers that the image was a forgery.
The nonpartisan Web site FactCheck.org examined the original document and said it was legitimate.
Further, a birth announcement in the Aug. 13, 1961, Honolulu Advertiser listed Obama's birth there on Aug. 4. *

Good stuff, but this guy is really fighting a losing battle, the media has decided to turn a blind eye to this story.

Imagine if such a story existed about Palin, this would be all over Rolling Stone Magazine, US Weekly, Time Magazine and of course the NY Times

Doubtful. It's well established that Palin's husband belonged to a seccessionist group yet the media is silent.

Indeed! See D2's post above.

You and Berg share something deeply in common: Frivolity

Lemme guess now. The judge is a liberal....vast left-right wing conspiracy in the Honolulu courthouse...the judge has an Obama bumper sticker.....yada yada yada

Cue it up....3...2...1...
