Can not access Neteller using http://www.neteller.com.

Started with a deposit to a casino that would not go thru. Error message at the casino bank - something about java script.


Called Neteller - they have no idea. Everything seems fine from their side.

you would think (and this is a tough one for Neteller) that they would have backup servers in different parts of the country...as much money as they're making they need to do something....

sandman no doubt....if it's the DNS servers though I'm going to make an ass out of me and assume they are the ISP's servers and it could be an ISP issue rather than a Neteller issue (hence they don't notice they're down). If that's the case I wonder if their internet access is down (I would say yes at this point if it's the ISP's problem).

Guys-
Thanks for the compliments. I just know a few things about tracking identifying basic problems like this. I used to do programming for Casablanca. They has so many problems with internet, routers, power supplies, and DNS providers, etc. that I got a lot practice figuring out what was wrong. The least frequent reason was my software.

BTW, I picked up a Cisco book, but I didn't get very far.
