Come on man. Be sensible. You know what I mean I don't have to spell it out. Obviously the 2,200 sq ft house wins. My point was that whoever is the most well off with the nicest things wins. Obviously living in a desirable area is considered a luxury and would win over a horrible area.
It's a figure of speech.
I know how it sounds but it's a materialistic world man. It is what it is. If somebody can find happiness in their own little corner of the world, with a modest house and below average income and humble savings and all that, power to them. I wish them all the best and that's sweet. Not for me though.
The way I look at it is either you're "winning" at life or you are "losing" at life. If me and you are both "winning", then more power to us. Its not me vs you, its me vs the house and you vs the house (speaking in gambling terms).
But $$$ and chasing the almighty dollar doesnt motivate everyone. I know plenty of people who just want a simple and low stress life. I see the way they live and i think its pretty cool. Its not my nature, but they love it.
I believe health and happiness comes first. If you have that, everything will fall into place.
