Ribs were the first thing I made in the IP. I've gone back to making them the long way though (brine/bake/smoke/sauce/grill sear). The IP always made them too tender for my tastes, I like a little tug and I could never get it right.
The IP is my go-to for anything I'm gonna shred. And oatmeal.
