Get a good workout in during the day. Then mix some melatonin with some Lunesta.

That combo usually works great for me.

I guess I'm a lucky person. I sleep like a log in the forest lies. And the TV is on all night on my bureau.

I hate sleeping because I want to pack as much as I can into every day. But when it's time to sleep I just lie down or roll over if I'm watching something and within less than a minute I'm gone. I can wake up, go check something or piss or something, lie back down and be gone again in seconds.

But I was going through some crazy stuff about ten years ago. So occasionally I had trouble sleeping. My doctor gave me something called lorazepam. That stuff took me down within about a half hour. Maybe that could help someone.

Damn. I'm envious of that. You are very fortunate to have that trait.

Not being able to fall asleep sucks. That night when you lie there with your thoughts rolling. And the next day when you try to highly function at work with little to no sleep. It's horrible.

Luckily I found the right combo of exercise and pills to finally be able to knock me out. It works most nights at least.
