Yep I wish there were more like them. I recently tried cashing out at BOL, what a fkin nightmare! In my 25 plus years of playing they are right up there as the worst to deal with. A simple Free Friday Payout request by mail has turned into a 37 day ordeal and counting. After being approved I then started receiving emails every Friday informing me of other payout options and asking if I wanted what I had originally requested mailed to my home address which is one of their BOLD print rules. Many of which they need to revise because they apparently abide by very few of them. Amateur delay tactics are a terrible way of doing business. What is so hard about mailing a damn check anyway? Carib show up just days after I request and you can just about always get someone on the phone who has a brain!
