Are you stupid????????????????? My god idiot you say two dozen sport book out of 30 ask for ID's. Then you named WU Bank wires etc as examples. That is not asking for a ID. BTW i have sent Cashiers checks to a dozen shops and not once have i ever been asked for a photo copy of my ID.
