Same 5 starters from last year...what exactly are you blaming on him, the players have to play regardless of what style they play or what plays are run for them

Then why even have a head coach at all?

Same 5 starters from last year under Larry Brown and they make it to the Finals. Same 5 starters this year and they are possibly out in Round 2 after being swept 4 in a row from Game 3 on. First person you look at is the head coach. Clearly, Flip Saunders has been out-coached this series. Pistons are the better team with more talent, yet they are on the brink of elimination. His playing calling has been absolutely horrible along with his ability to motivate his troops, not to mention making no adjustmesnts. Obviously his system is not all that great as he has never had any success in the post-season. Like I said, shit coach and its plain as day obvious.
