I'm full of ideas!

Here's one I didn't come up with myself, but enthusiastically endorse.

Have a government program which pays American females age 50 or under $2000 if they agree to have an irreversible tubal ligation.

Offer a similar program to men under the age of 50 if they agree to have an irreversible vasectomy.

In the case of the former (women), if $2000 doesn't attract enough activity, up the bounty to $5000.

LOL, are u kidding? So basically have the taxpayers pay for this? I oppose....People with money already pay enough taxes in this country, 55% of my fathers income goes to the GOVT every year, and thats with a republican in office, not some left wing nut like obama....Can u only imagine how much he will be paying with obama? 70% of his income im guessing, when do we draw the line?

Oh absolutely, though I'm not opposed to enterprising businesses buying in by sponsoring a DriveThru Vasectomy/Tube Tyin' franchise.

Think of the possibilities and I'm sure you'll come around to my way of thinking on this.

Young, dumb and soon to be full of cum 19 year old chick with an 8th grade literacy level is driving around and she says the big billboard

CAPITAL ONE VASEC-TUBE TIE CLINIC - ARE YOU FEMALE? CAN YOU GET PREGNANT? WOULD YOU LIKE $5000 TODAY??

Tell me that there's not a great chance she would immediately pull in, get the day surgery done and walk out with absolutely no chance of ever having a baby or ever having a future abortion.

Tell me that's not a big PLUS for our communities.

If a woman like that has a kid, there's tremendous odds she will suck in 10x the $5000 in taxpayer dole during just the first few years of her trying to irresponsibly and ignorantly raising a newborn kid.

Certainly worthy of taxpayer funding and yes, even better if corporate entities joined in with partnership progams.

Your father obviously needs to spend some time with people who have more financial smarts than he does. Hopefully he'll start learning from such people and more of his income will be protected from taxes.

Going back to my PayForSterilization plan, it probably wouldn't even take $5000. Two grand would likely attract hundreds of women per month into the program in most major population centers. Add in some holiday specials that offer $3-5000 and most major cities would see several thousand women a year (that's just a couple million per city) and therefore we'd reduce pregnancies to women who don't want kids anyway by thousands per year.

Those women who DO want kids and who DO plan to responsibly raise them will of course be able to do so easier when their schools and other services aimed at children are less crowded with loser kids that are unwanted by their loser parents.

My tongue is certainly a tad in cheek simply to relieve any possible anger or tension in our cyber pub.

But my "pay for sterilization" notion is 100% sincere.

As a community it seems we're willing to pay some pretty major tax dollars to women who HAVE CHILDREN, and in most cases, the women taking those tax dollars are probably the least qualified to be good parents.

I think we're far better served to do a 180degree spin and provide solid cash incentives to PREVENT children.

Removes probably 80% of all abortions nationwide. Removes probably 80% or more of children who are born into households headed by undereducated, underfinanced and underintelligent adults.

Removes the current enormous level of stress in the elementary education system where far too many young children enter with parents who don't give a shit because those same parents had no desire to get pregnant, but did and then for whatever reason did not abort the pregnancy.

My proposal involves only voluntary adult consensual participation. There is no government coerced or mandated sterilization. It is open to people of all races, colors or creeds that are under the age of 50.
