ZERO RELEVANCE?
He's about to get a free education in THE RELEVANCY OF THE U.S. CONSTITUTION.
Again for me a piece of paper signed by folks 335 years ago with some laws and rules which applied to THEIR era is fine.
However the same society 335 years later, in this case the US, is not even remotely close to the the previous one.
In this case it involves an incredibly dangerous and deadly disease.
Along the same lines, modern medicine has also evolved over the same period to the point where diseases like Covid can be dealt with.
If you don't agree it is safe, well too bad, I do.
Thus philosophically speaking and as I have stated before, where I can understand the feelings of an individual not being ordered/mandated to be
vaccinated, much more importantly I believe in the right of the government to do what it believes necessary to do in order to protect the ENTIRE
population, which is its duty to do.
The same goes for private businesses.
As I have stated before, if one doesn't want to be mandated to continue to be employed by someone who has mandated the vaccine as a requirement
or for their kid to attend school, then they have the right to move to another country where such laws do not exist.
That said, if the courts overturn the mandates, I as a true American will accept the verdict!!
