Judge throws out Florida governor's ban on mask mandates in schools!!!
Gov. Ron DeSantis’ ban on mandatory masks at schools was thrown out Friday by a Tallahassee judge who ruled that the governor overreached his authority, misinterpreted state law and ignored scientific evidence in issuing his order.
Heading into the new school year, DeSantis demanded that counties allow parents to have their children opt out of mask requirements. But Circuit Judge John Cooper ruled that school boards are empowered to mandate that all students wear face-coverings, unless they obtain a medical exception.
The judge said DeSantis was wrong in determining that the state’s new “Parents’ Bill of Rights,” law prohibited school districts from enacting limits like masks – the provision on which he based his order.
“This statute does not support a statewide order or any action interfering with the constitutional authority of local school districts to provide for the safety and health of students based on the unique facts on the ground in a particular county,” Cooper said.

As an example of what I am talking about, just today he made a comment about the military hopefully turning their back on President
Trump.
Mapana and I both pointed out that this makes no sense because fpp/sbd has told us right along that Trump and HIS military have been in charge
right along, which means that what he said is a contradiction, inconsistency and a non sequitur, and in general makes ZERO sense.
Anyways the unanswered question and possible answers I have with stuff like this re: fpp/sbd is this.
Why does he do what he does with stuff like example cited?
Here are the possibilities which come to mind:
1) He simply isn't intelligent enough to understand what I just pointed out above.
2) He does understand but hopes/believes that no one will catch it and/or call him out on it.
3) He simply thinks about what he is posting at a given moment and does not think about/consider whether it makes sense
and is consistent with other posts he has written as long as someone reads and of course responds to it in negative way.
This is typical troll like behavior, name;u to just shoot from the hip and say anything they want to to draw attention to themselves.
Obviously behavior of nature usually requires professional help and in many cases LOTS of it.
4) Fpp/sbd is frustrated, irritated and pissed of that Biden is POTUS rather than Trump.
No matter what he posts, deep down inside he realizes that this situation is not going to change until at least
